Dribbled paper
Paper onto which a coloured or uncoloured liquid has been purposely dribbled and has left traces on the paper surface. The effect can be purely mechanical, but also can be achieved by chemical means or by combination of both. The carrier paper is usually pre-coloured and with specks of the applied liquid.
Improper colouration or drying can also result in dribbles. It remains therefore with the viewer to establish whether or not the dribbles have been consciously or accidentally made.
